The Beauty Concept is an independent beauty studio in Hayes, Bromley. We're small on purpose — it means we know our clients, we remember what works for your skin, and you see the same familiar faces each visit.

Advanced aesthetics are carried out by Lulu Simpson, our advanced aesthetics nurse — a medical professional, so you know you're in good hands. Reflexology is with Sandrine, our reflexologist, offering both foot and facial reflexology.

Cancellations & no-shows
We're a small business, so any changes to appointments have a large impact on us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full service amount.
Gift vouchers
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on all treatments performed by us. This excludes sunbeds and other therapists working here privately.
Patch tests
Lash lifts and tints need a patch test 24 hours beforehand, and laser hair removal needs a patch test and consultation before your first session.
